CIE is an official representative of  Central European University in Hungary,  American University in Bulgaria, and European University in Spain, Germany. CIE is an authorised representative of London Study Centre in Georgia as well.

We provide the following services:

• Individual and group  consultations to visitors looking for the possibilities of free and paid education overseas
• Public information sessions
• Administering of about 22 scholarship programs for citizens of Georgia in leading American and European Universities  including Columbia and Washington Univeristies (USA), Oxford, Cambridge, Essex, Warwick and Edinburgh Universities in Great Britain, the Central European University (Hungary), American University in Bulgaria, etc. mostly funded by OSI Network Scholarships Program Office
• Pre-departure orientations,training seminars,movie nights with discussions and lectures on the following topics:
  - education systems in the USA and Europe
  - how to apply to the institutes of higher education abroad
  - how to find financial aid
  - how to write a winning application essay
  - how to be successful at the interview
  - visa application procedure
• Recruitment trips (presentations of scholarships and services offered by CIE)  to different regions  of Georgia
• Participation in educational and job fairs
• Library and resource center includes regulary up-dated books and manuals of various publishers (Peterson’s, ARCO, Barron’s, Longman, College Board, etc.) on education abroad:
  - preparation materials for TOEFL, IELTS, GRE,  GMAT, SAT, LSAT,TOEIC, etc.
  - catalogues of educational institutions in the USA and other countires
  - guide books for getting scholarships, grants and prizes
  - reference materials on education abroad issues
  - English language self-study manuals.

• iBT TOEFL Preparation Course

Center for International Education is an ETS Certified Administration Site, providing ETS's Internet-based iBT TOEFL and Prometric's Internet-based
DSST tests.
